Foundation is 10 week homebased guided practice for people who want to get into regular movement routine either as a stand alone program or jumping point for more advance exercise. It is a structured program designed to improve capabilities throughout the whole body, increasing useful range of motion, strength and motor control creating strong foundation.  Program is always adapted to whereever in your life you are so it is accessible to do at any stage of your life, no matter what age, size or body shape you are.

10 x 45 minutes personal training session via zoom or at your home (SW London only)

10 personalised workout routines with detailed instructions for you to keep and repeat

Tips for exercise variations and progressions so your routine grows with you as you progress and you can always adapt your program to your individual circumstances

3 month to take up you lessons and get email support when you need it
